I've been looking for a good portable sound for a while. I bought several small speakers and was very disappointed. listened to many others and sit does not want to spend $ 20-$ 50. then read a review of this small Phoenix. struck me as were my wife and neighbors. great sound and this small speaker base without distortion. It is expensive, but I paid the same for the other three speakers that I was not happy with. This is not a boombox and not shake the House
